Workout Wednesday

Today's Workout Wednesday is a doosy but you will feel AMAZING after it's done!!  It works best in the gym since you need some equipment but can definitely be modified to fit your location.

Things you will need:
Step with 2 risers

100 Pushups
100 Situps (Full ones!)
50 Box Jumps - Start at the top of the step, jump both feet on either side to stradle the box and squat the same time.  Jump both feet back to the top of the box and squat.  This is 1 (one) rep so it's a double count.
50 Kettlebell Squats
.25 Mile Sprint (as fast as you can go)

Time yourself on this!!  Take a 2 or 3 minute break and repeat.  Can you beat your first time?!  Generally this takes a while so 2 rounds should be a pretty intense workout.  Be sure to warm-up and stretch as always!
